Pack Your Items
Securely place your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it remains unscratched during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
